Ingredients:
1 can of cream of celery
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of water
1 small potato
1 medium button mushroom
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon blackened seasoning
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Directions:
1. in a small pot bring the milk and water to a boil.
2. cut up potatoes into small cubes
3. at boiling, add potatoes.
4. add spices: pepper, blackened seasoning, celery salt
5. cook potatoes until almost done.
6. add can of cream of celery
7. cut up mushrooms into cubes
8. add mushrooms
9. cook until the stew is a smooth and creamy mixture.
10. add thyme by sprinkling on surface.
11. serve and enjoy!
