Creamy Pineapple-Banana Dessert

Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (15 1/4 ounce) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 banana, sliced
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in reserved pineapple juice and sour cream; chill until thickened. Fold in pineapple chunks, banana and nuts. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill 2 hours or until firm.
