Whether you use fat-free ingredients in this creamy dip for fresh vegetables, it makes no difference in taste. It's wonderful. It is best made the night before.
Ingredients:

1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup ( 8 -oz ) reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tbs. finley chopped onion
1 tbs. dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
assorted fresh vegetables
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
