Creamy Parmesan Sauce

This creamy white sauce with Parmesan cheese and chopped bacon can be prepared ahead of time, then heated and served over Rosemary Garlic Chicken or your favourite vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons robin hood® all purpose flour
1 (370 ml) can carnation® regular, 2% or fat-free evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 ounces bacon or pancetta, chopped
Directions:
1. Prepare Carnation® Simple White Sauce by melting butter in medium saucepan, add flour and cook over low heat stirring for 1 minute.
2. Whisk in milk and salt. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce has thickened.
3. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in chicken stock.
4. Cook bacon or pancetta in a skillet, until crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Add to white sauce and stir until combined.
