Creamy Paprika Sauce For Seafood

Here's a sauce that will compliment any seafood. I put the seafood in the sauce and pour it on rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoons minced shallots
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons flour
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt oil and butter.
2. Add next 5 ingredients.
3. Add flour and boullion.
4. Cook 2.

6. Stir in wine and bring to a boil.
7. Reduce by 1/2.
8. Add cream and paprika, and the 1 T.
9. butter.
