A creamy dreamy orange-y vodka drink, YUM! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) container frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and divided |
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened and divided |
2/3 cup citrus-infused vodka, divided |
Directions:
1. In the container of an electric blender, combine half of orange juice concentrate, half of ice cream and 1/3 cup vodka. Process until smooth. Repeat with remaining concentrate, ice cream and vodka. Garnish with orange wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
