Creamy Nutty Fruit Fudge

this is a recipe that I got from the Internet... I would change the mixing directions a little... you risk getting sugar crystals in your finished fudge by mixing the chocolate in the pan.... I would pour the syrup into a warmed bowl and them mix the chocolate and nuts etc in there . Read more ... important not to scape the sides of the pot...
Ingredients:
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
1 – 12 ounce can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 – 13 ounce jar marshmallow fluff
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 – 4 ounce german sweet chocolate
1/2 pound chocolate bar
2 – 12 ounce bags milk chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups craisins
1 cup whole natural almonds
2 cups walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Recipe Cooking Time: 8 minutes
2. Pan Type: 9 x 13 baking pan

4. In a large saucepan combine the butter, milk, sugar and salt. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
5. Stir occasionally; pay careful attention not to scrape sides of the pan.
6. Boil for 8 minutes.
7. Remove mixture from the heat.
8. Add the marshmallow cream, orange liqueur, and chocolate.
9. Stir with large wooden spoon until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
10. Add the Craisins, almonds and walnuts.
11. Mix well.
12. Spread mixture into prepared pans.
13. Let set 30 minutes at room temperature.
14. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours before cutting. Store fudge in air tight container in refrigerator.
15. Makes About: 72 Pieces of Fudge
