Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 pinch paprika
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. place shallot, mustard and lemon juice in bowl.
2. season with salt and black pepper, mix well with whisk.
3. incorporate cream in a thin stream while whisking constantly.
4. add paprika, mix and correct seasoning.
5. serve over salad.
