This is a recipe from to use with their seafood cakes-we like it as something a little different from the usual tartar or cocktail sauce. I like it because it uses pantry ingredients (either fresh or dried chives works great). Note: The cooking time is the cooling time.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons coarse ground dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon chives, snipped
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and chill for 1 hour.
2. Serve with seafood instead of tartar or cocktail sauce.
