Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and mustard until smooth. Add water, vinegar and sugar; mix well. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; add mayonnaise and mix well. Serve with ham. Yield: 1 cup.
