Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lime sherbet or 2 cups sorbet
  • 12 fl oz evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila (or to taste) (optional)
  • coarse salt (optional)
  • lime slice

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine sherbet, evaporated milk, ice cubes and tequila (if using) and blend until smooth.
  2. Run a slice of lime around rim of glass, dip into course salt.
  3. Pour Margaritas into glasses and serve with fresh lime slice.
  4. Serves 4.
