Guacamole itself is a fairly low-carb dip; it's the chips that get you. Serve this reduced-fat version with raw vegetable slices.
Ingredients:
1 ripe peeled avocado, seeded and coarsely mashed
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables (vegetables not included in analysis).
