Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
about 5 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar, divided
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon whipping cream
Directions:
1. Cream butter and 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add lemon rind, juice, and whipping cream, beating well. Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until spreading consistency.
