This sauce is WONDERFUL along side your favorite beef roast, steak or Prime Rib, to dip your meat in!

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup horseradish

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Whip the cream with a mixer.
2. Gently fold in remaining ingredients.
3. Chill.
4. Serve.
