  • 1 Brown chops.
  • 2 Reduce heat & cover.
  • 3 Cook for 15 Minutes.
  • 4 Remove to platter.
  • 5 Pour off excess fat.
  • 6 Add butter & oil.
  • 7 Saute onion and garlic 2- 3 minutes
  • 8 Add flour cook a minute or two.
  • 9 Add milk, cook and stir till thickened.
  • 10 Add herbs, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
  • 11 Pour over pork chops.
