Don't let the WW fool you. This dip is delicious and I did fool my family. They loved it and didn't know it was a WW recipe. Cool and refreshing with a hint of mint! I use Greek fat free plain yogurt. Serve it with warmed pita wedges and/or fresh vegetables. Leftovers make a tasty topping for grilled chicken or lamb. Try it!
Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/2 cups english cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
6 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
6 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
1. In a medicum bowl, stir together yogurt mayonnaise, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper until smooth.
2. Add cucumber, onion, mint and dill; stir to mix.
3. Refrigerate for about an hour.
4. Enjoy.
