Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients:
2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat cream cheese
1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shredded, kraft 2
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon grey poupon dijon mustard
low-fat ritz crackers, as many as needed
Directions:
1. Reserve 2 tablespoons onions. Mix remaining onions with all ingredients except crackers; cover.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Sprinkle with reserved onions. Serve with crackers.
