Found this dressing in an OLD cookbook titled Low-Cal Cajun Cooking this is an easy dressing that's good on salads but it states goes well with broiled shrimp or seafoods - though I haven't tried it on anything but a salad.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup bottled low-sodium chili sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon minced fresh onion
1 tablespoon very finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Store in a covered jar and refrigerate until needed.
4. Shake well before using.
