A somewhat healthier addition to your snacking selection... To appeal to blue cheese lovers, stir in blue cheese crumbles and serve with celery sticks.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp salt-free garden seasoning blend
a few drops of lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and puree in a blender if desired (I don't because I like the texture of the cottage cheese)
2. Best if chilled at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
4. (or as a quick lunch option, try the cottage cheese spread on toast)
