Makes a large amount, great for parties!
Ingredients:
5 lbs frozen corn
16 ounces low-fat cream cheese
5/8 cup butter
1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a large crock pot.
2. Cook on high for two hours.
3. Cook another two hours on low.
4. Stir occasionally until all ingredients are well mixed.
