Low-fat traditional style coleslaw.
Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage
1 apple
1 c carrot
1/2 c radishes
1/2 c onion
2 tbsp brown rice vinegar, organic
1/4 c fat-free sour cream
250 g fat-free yogurt (1/2 c)
2 tbsp hellmann's light mayonnaise
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, shred cabbage, apple, carrot, onion and radishes. Place in large bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients and toss until well blended.
