Creamy Cilantro-Avocado Dressing

Found on Eating Well. Haven't tried yet, but I love salads, so I hope to try it soon,
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, ripe
3/4 cup cilantro, packed
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 scallions, chopped
1 garlic clove, quartered
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Puree all in blender until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
