Creamy Chocolate Layered Pie |

Love a good Chocolate Pie especially if you don't have to heat up the oven during those really hot days. Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese softened |
1 t. milk |
1 t. sugar |
1 tub cool whip |
1 keebler ready crust chocolate pie crust |
1 1/2 c. cold milk |
2 (4 serving size) pkg. jello chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, 1 T. milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 C. of the whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
2. Filling:
3. Pour 1 1/2 C. milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
