CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING...Enough for two 8 cakes.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, grated
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch; add chocolate and salt.
2. Add boiling water.
3. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
4. Add butter and vanilla.
5. Spread hot frosting on cooled cake for a glossy look.
6. Remains soft and smooth.
