Creamy Chocolate Frosting |

My mother has made this recipe for years. I don't know where it came from, but it is really easy and so much better than frosting from a can. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
3 ounces hershey's baking chocolate |
3 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add chocolate and stir constantly over very low heat until melted. 2. Pour into a small mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. 3. Chill until spreading consistancy. |
