Copied from the back of an S&S confectioners sugar bag...looks yummy!

Ingredients:

1 lb confectioners' sugar, sifted

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 1/2 tablespoons milk

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until perfectly blended.
