Creamy Chicken With Vegetables In Crockpot

Came up with this today and it is so good. Creamy, full of veggies and chicken. Dinner in one pan
Ingredients:
marinade
6 chicken breasts (skinless and cut in half)
4 chicken legs
poultry seasoning, sage, rosemary, garlic powder, herbs de provence, paprika, salt & pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
crockpot
1 onion thinly sliced
fresh sliced mushrooms (1 or 2 pkgs, your choice)
1/2 bag of baby carrots
scallions (3-4)
1-1/2 cup jasmine rice (raw)
2 large zucchini cut down long length and sliced 1/4 slices
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 leek thinly sliced
1 can (14.5) chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup white wine
1 (8 oz) sour cream
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken with marinade ingredients and let sit at least 3 hours.
2. This step can be skipped if you like just add olive oil and the seasonings to crockpot when cooking
3. In crockpot place chicken and marinade
4. Top with rice
5. Then mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, onions, leeks, garlic, scallions
6. Pour wine over veggie layer
7. Whisk together sour cream, broth & cream soup till well blended
8. Pour over top
9. Season with paprika, salt & pepper
10. Stir to mix in seasonings
11. Cook at 4 or 6 hour setting
