Campbell's Kitchen wants to keep your kitchen cool this summer with this tasty pasta salad.
Ingredients:
chill time 3 hours
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) campbell's® healthy request® condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked without salt
2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 cup diced tomato
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, yogurt, water, mustard, vinegar and pepper with a whisk or fork in a large bowl. Add the pasta, celery, tomato and chicken, tossing until well coated.
