Creamy Chicken & Noodle Stew (For Babies)

This might taste a little bland for some adults, but just right for babies 1 year and up. I used leftover chicken, maybe 1-2 cups.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken meat, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy
2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon ketchup
Directions:
1. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add chicken & sprinkle with pepper.
3. Cook over medium-high heat until browned.
4. Stir occasionally.
5. Add broth & gravy, mix well.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Add noodles & mushrooms.
8. Reduce heat to medium-low.
9. Cover & simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Stir in sour cream & ketchup until blended.
