This is my friend's recipe; it is creamy smooth. The best part about this cheese log is that you can freeze it.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container imperial cheese
1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
3. Shape inot logs or Ball.
4. Roll in chopped nuts.
5. Can be frozen.
6. Serve with crackers.
