Ingredients:
4 cups fresh carrot juice (from 2 lb. carrots)
3/4 cup pine nuts
1 avocado, sliced
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
