Creamy Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta until cooked, but still slightly firm
  2. Allow to cool completely
  3. Lightly steam broccoli (about 1 minute)...do not overcook!
  4. Mix all ingredients together
  5. Refrigerate for an hour, or overnight.
  6. Serve cold
  7. **I usually use 2/3 of the bottled dressing, and reserve the remaining 1/3 to mix in right before serving.
  8. ***you can add cut up chicken for a complete meal
  9. ****Great at bridal and baby showers and pot luck, tailgate or block parties
