Creamy Blackberry Streusel Topped Pie

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh blackberries
1 unbaked (9-inch)deep-dish pie shell
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the berries in the pie shell
3. Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and mix well
4. Add eggs and sour cream and stir until blended
5. Spoon the mixture over the blackberries
6. For the topping, combine flour & sugar and mix well.
7. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
8. Sprinkle evenly over the sour cream mixture
9. Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until top is lightly browned
10. *Note* when blackberries are not in season, you can use frozen blackberries that have been thawed and drained
