Creamy Artichoke Soup

Ingredients:
19 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
1 cup 18% table cream
1 slice lemon, thin slices
Directions:
1. Puree artichokes and chicken broth.
2. Place in saucepan with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Heat just to boiling.
4. Remove from heat and stir in cream.
5. Chill Soup.
6. If hot is required, reheat, but to not boil.
7. Garnish with lemon slices.
8. Yield 4-6 servings.
