Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
2 ounces diced pimentos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups frozen english peas
3 tablespoons chicken broth
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, flour, dill weed, pimiento salt & pepper; stir until smooth. Set aside.
2. In small saucepan combine peas & broth; cover & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender. Stir in yogurt mixture; cook over low heat until thickened , stirring constantly.
