Creamed Off The Cob Corn

The flavor of fresh corn without the mess
Ingredients:
10 ears fresh corn, shucked, cooked, then removed from cob
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 tbls. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. accent seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 stick butter, unsalted (i know)
2 tbls. flour
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, add first 10 ingredients
2. Slowly bring it to boil
3. Reduce to simmer and cook for 3 minutes
4. In a separate pan, melt butter
5. Stir in flour
6. Add butter and flour mixture to simmering corn
7. Stirring occasionally, simmer for a few more minutes
