Ingredients:
2 cups shelled fresh green peas, cooked (about 2 pounds unshelled)
6 small potatoes, peeled and cooked
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
dash of red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine peas, potatoes, and whipping cream in a medium saucepan; place over low heat. Combine flour and a small amount of water, stirring to make a smooth paste. Add flour mixture to peas and potatoes, stirring well. Cook over low heat until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper.
