Cream Of Wheat Cake

This is a very different cake but it is very rewarding. A very special treat.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cream of wheat
1 cup sugar
graham wafers
icing
250 g cream cheese
1 tsp margarine
1 cup icing sugar
milk
Directions:
1. Bring milk and cream of wheat to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Let cool. (it must be cooled or it won't work)
3. Beat together remaining ingredients and add to cooled cream of wheat.
4. Beat until fluffy.
5. In 9x13 pan layer whole graham wafers, then add 1/2 of cream of wheat mixture.
6. Put another layer of wafers and then the rest of wheat mixture, top with wafers.
7. ICING:
8. Beat together all ingredients except milk add milk 1 tsp at a time for desired consistency.
9. Ice cake and refrigerate overnite.
