This is an easy way of doing tomato soup - quick and hearty
Ingredients:
1 24 oz tin of crushed tomatoes
1 cup tomato juice (or v8)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. In a pot add all ingredients except cream - allow to come to a boil - puree and add cream - season to taste.
