Ingredients:
2 eggs
12 egg whites
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
1 dash pepper
non-fat cooking spray
Directions:
1. Stir soup until smooth.
2. Beat in eggs and pepper.
3. Spray cooking spray onto hot skillet and cook egg mixture, stirring lightly, until eggs set (will still be very moist).
