Cream of Potato and Broccoli Soup

The nutritional yeast makes all the difference in the world. Serving size is one cup.
Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb (450 g) potatoes, chopped
2 1/2 cups (7.5 dl) broccoli, chopped
2 1/2 cups (7.5 dl) stock
1 cup milk, 1.5% fat
3/10 cup (0.75 dl) nutritional yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt, pepper, chili powder
Directions:
1. Sautee the onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Chop the vegetables while you're waiting.
2. Add broccoli and potato with the stock. Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
3. Add the milk and use your handy immersion blender to puree the soup. Add spices and nutritional yeast.
4. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
