Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 large broccoli
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Cook the broccoli and the garlic in the soup. When done, put in to blender and mix finely.
  2. Mix the flour and the sour cream together, till creamy, and put in blender and mix it together with the soup.
  3. It's done.
