Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup butter flavor crisco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Frosting: Melt butter first and add the rest of ingredients and.

3. Boil 1 minutes; cool.
4. Beat.
5. Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
6. add eggs, oil buttermilk and vanilla.
7. Mix for 1 1/2 minutes.
8. Add baking powder to hot water.
9. Mix again.
10. Pour into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
12. For Filling:Combine all the ingredients except the powdered sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
13. Cut out a piece of cake from top and insert the filling.
14. Push top back on.
15. For Frosting: Melt butter first and add the rest of ingredients and stir.
16. Boil 1 minutes; cool.
17. Beat.
