Ingredients:
8 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth; add sugar, beating well.
2. Add egg and vanilla and beat until very smooth.
3. Add combined flour and salt and mix until just blended.
4. Form dough into a ball; flatten slightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or more before using.
