Cream Cheese Spritz Cookies |

My mom has made these all my life. I love them more then any other spritz cookie. They are not as light of other spritz cookie but so delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flour |
2 -3 drops food coloring, of choice if desired (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese.
2. Add sugar , mix well.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Slowly add the flour.
5. Mix well.
6. Add food coloring, if desired.
7. Fill cookie press half full.
8. Press onto cookie sheet.
9. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375.
