These spreads are Jeff's little creations. We like to have little spreads around for bagels or toast. We also like to have them on hand if someone pops over for a drink and we can put them on yummy crackers and have a quick little snack to go with our martini! Read more ! You can pipe them on crackers or put them in little sandwiches - be creative!
Ingredients:
garlic/onion spread
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (we use reduced fat or fat free)
1 t. minced onion (we like them micro-planed)
1 t. minced garlic (we like these micro-planed, too)
1 t. worchestershire sauce
olive spread
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
20 pimento stuffed green olives
1 t. olive juice from the jar
veggie spread
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 t. dehydrated mixed veggies
1/4 t. dry dill weed
1 t. soy sauce
Directions:
1. Garlic/Onion Spread
2. Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
3. Whip that until very soft and creamy.
4. Add onion, garlic and worchestershire sauce.
5. Blend well.
6. Store in air tight container.
7. Olive Spread
8. Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
9. Whip that until very soft and creamy.
10. Add olives and juice.
11. Blend until olives are just little bits of color in the cream cheese.
12. Store in air tight container.
13. Veggie Spread
14. Let cream cheese soften and place in the small bowl of a food processor.
15. Whip that until very soft and creamy.
16. Add veggies, soy sauce and dill.
17. Blend well.
18. Store in air tight container.
