This is good light pound cake...Good for the holiday coming up....Great with fruit....
Ingredients:
1 pkg cream cheese (8oz), softened
3 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
6 eggs (room temperature)
3 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese and margarine together; add sugar beating slowly.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
3. Add flour, small amount at a time.
4. Add vanilla; beat well.
5. Pour into well greased and floured tube pan.
6. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
