I love making this recipe in the summer because it so good and creamy, yet its still light and refreshing! I like to garnish mine with some ripe strawberries.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 inches graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla together until well blended.
2. Pour it into the pie crust and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
