Delicious on Cinnamon Rolls or Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
2 lbs cream cheese
8 ounces butter
16 ounces confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese and butter soften a bit.
2. Blend everything but pecans in the food processor.
3. Add nuts and cinnamon.
