This recipe covers a 2 layer cake. Ingredients:
1 box confectioner (powdered) sugar |
3/4 stick butter |
8 oz cream cheese |
2 tsp vanilla |
1/2 c chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Let cheese and butter soften to room temperature.
2. Cream together and add remaining ingredients (except nuts).
3. Spread on and between layers of cake.
4. Top with nuts.
